REFUND POLICY

Due to the sensitive nature of the products, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. 

 

Exceptions may apply only if: 

  • You receive the wrong item. 
  • Your item arrives damaged. 

 

To request a review, contact me within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@lumipeptides.com with photos of the issue. 

Lumi Peptides reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests if determined the product was used in any way inconsistent with its intended research purpose.
